Exchanges
We understand that there may be situations where you need to exchange a product. We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Equal Value and Size: If you wish to exchange an item, it must be for another item of equal value and the same size. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Mistake on Our End: If there was a mistake with your order, such as receiving the wrong item, size, or a defective product, we will gladly correct the issue by exchanging the product at no additional cost to you.
Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at jussvibe901@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, details of the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Return Shipping: For exchanges due to our mistake, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For other exchanges, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Processing: Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the new item has been shipped.
